Please read these terms carefully before using the tansorPay platform.

1. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a supported country to open a tansorPay account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account recovery codes.

2. Biometric Consent

By using the "Pay by Face" feature, you explicitly consent to the capturing and processing of your facial geometry for the purpose of transaction authentication. You acknowledge that this data is sensitive and agree to our processing methods as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

3. Payment Responsibilities

You agree to pay all amounts owed for transactions initiated through the App. tansorPay is not responsible for overdraft fees or insufficient fund charges levied by your connected bank.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use tansorPay for:

• Illegal transactions or purchasing illegal goods.
• Testing stolen credit cards or fraudulent activities.
• Attempting to spoof the biometric authentication system with photos or masks.

5. Limitation of Liability

tansorPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including temporary system downtime.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms.
